Campus IT

TUB-Account and Portal

Setting up a personal TUB account is an indispensable rite of passage for all new students at TU. You need this account to access IT on the campus as well as your TUB portal. The TUB portal groups together the services and applications for your degree program listed below. The portal allows you to apply for your student ID, view and amend your student data, print enrollment certification, register for examinations, order software, and access the printing services.
You can find out how all this works via the Center for Campus Management (ZECM), TU Berlin’s IT Service.

Students of the University receive an individual TUB email address. This is essential for organizing your studies. We will send you important information, including information concerning re-registration, ONLY to this email address throughout your time at the University. You MUST therefore regularly check your inbox or set up mail forwarding to your private email address. This way you won’t miss any deadlines or changes. Further information is available from the Center for Campus Management (ZECM), TU Berlin’s IT Service Center.

ISIS eLearning

ISIS is the TU Berlin’s central eLearning portal. It offers a platform for digital social networking of the participants and instructors on a course-by-course basis. Exchanging files, notifications, and working together are some of the standard functions. Beyond that, it is used to assign tasks, take online examinations, or view recordings of lectures.

Modultransfersystem / Moses

Each degree program is made up of modules consisting of one or more courses. The module catalogues and module lists for each study program are published in MTS (Modultransfersystem).
Students also use the MOSES portal to register for tutorials at the start of each semester. You need to log in with your personal tubIT-Account (see above) to do so.
Please note: Registration ends on the first wednesday of the lecture period at 6pm. In summer semester 2020 it's extended until Wed 22.04.2020, 18:00.

In the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, the examination registration for many modules in the compulsory and semi-elective areas is done online. If registration is possible online, registration MUST also be done online in QISPOS.

Course Catalog

Here you can find information on lectures and events at the TU Berlin. The Course Catalog can be downloaded as a pdf or be viewed online.

As an exception for our digital Summer Semester 2020, plese refer to the faculties' course lists for an updated overview of digital courses offered.

StApps – TU Berlin Student App

StApps [stɛps] is the official TU Berlin student app. StApps provides first semester students with an easy-to-use option to search for courses and add them to their timetable as well as a map to find their way around the campus. Other functions include menus, a unipedia knowledge database, a to-do list, and many other small but useful functions.
